Always a great experience! This is my 5th time coming to KPOT, and it never disappoints! The food is always fresh, the miso broth tastes amazing, and everything comes out super quick. Special shout out to Luis he did such an awesome job taking care of my table! He is super friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything that I needed. Thanks Luis!

The service was pleasant! Our waitress, Bessie was incredibly kind and friendly towards me and my party. She was bonding with our table and we didn’t need to ask her to do things like changing our grills or refills. I enjoyed her company and this was an incredible first time I had at KPOT! I highly suggest coming here and I loved the waitress who worked so hard to make everyone feel welcome.

We had such a great time at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. What really stood out to me, though, were the little things that made the experience even better. Our server, Bessie, was friendly, attentive, and informative. She was especially amazing with the water refills — I never once had to ask. That’s something I really appreciate because so many servers check in but don’t actually refill your water unless you flag them down. She was always one step ahead. And as a messy eater, I can’t say enough about the napkins — there was already a full stack ready at the table without us having to ask. It’s such a small detail, but it makes a big difference. Great food, great service, and thoughtful touches that didn’t go unnoticed. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Bessie!

I came here by myself after work for lunch, got in easy, plenty of parking and the staff was very nice! My server Luis was great! Super friendly and helpful. Always came by and checked in without interrupting anything a simple thumbs up or a nod to see if I needed anything while I was on the phone. I definitely love coming here. I wish they still offered to go cups for my tea but alas people had to ruin that will be coming back with my best friend soon

The meat selection was huge and there are gluten free and vegan options. The sauce bar was very good and I really liked the sauce recipes being posted on the wall which I used to make my sauces even though I couldn’t find all the ingredients - but they turned out delicious anyway. Making the hot pot at the table (each person) was fun. Once you order, the ingredients are brought to the table family so order more if needed. Same with the meat and vegetable choices, highly recommend the garlic shrimp! The wait staff was excellent, coming by the table every few minutes to check on us. Luis and the hostess were great! Friendly and happy people, thanks for great service!

ASK FOR BESSIE! Took my wife here while traveling through and it was our first time having hotpot. Bessie was absolutely amazing! She explained how it all worked and took excellent care of us the whole night. Hands down one of the best waitresses I've had EVER! The meats and veggies are fresh and tasty, and there are more options than one could try in one setting. We'll definitely be going back to enjoy the BBQ side of things and to get more of the options.

We had such a great experience at KPOT Killeen, thanks to Luis! From the moment we sat down, he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He checked on us often without being intrusive, explained the menu and cooking options clearly, and was always smiling — even when the place got busy. Luis really stood out for his friendly attitude, fast service, and attention to detail. He made our dinner fun and stress-free, and that kind of service truly makes a difference. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Luis again next time!

I love this place. Food and atmosphere is great. However please take care of the bathrooms. They are gross every time we go and if someone was to use the bathroom prior to eating, it will turn them off to eating there. One other issue is the server Luis. He can be good sometimes, but most of the time he is really aggressive. He will rush you while you are trying to order, He will also force you to tip. I am already going to tip, I don't need the extra push (its intrusive). I recommended Kpot to a friend of mine. She went and she loved it as well- but stated Luis was her server and everything I described, she experienced from him.
